Lebanese parliament speaker Nabih Berri met EU foreign policy Chief Josep Borrell in Beirut on Sunday. The meeting comes after Lebanese militant group Hezbollah said it launched attacks using missiles and drones directed at a naval base in southern Israel and a "military target" in Tel Aviv. On Sunday, the Lebanese army said an Israeli strike on a post in southern Lebanon killed a soldier and wounded 18 others.
