Largest ever Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition opens

The largest ever Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition opened in the Langkawi archipelago in western Malaysia on Tuesday, with more than 520 organizations showcasing advanced equipment at one of the biggest exhibitions of its kind in the Asia-Pacific.

At the 16th edition of the event scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, around 119 aircraft and 40 vessels are being displayed at the exhibition venue where 18 countries have set pavilions. The organizers say that the event is expecting about 300,000 trade visitors and public visitors.
