Kon Tum hit by 10 earthquakes in a single day in Viet Nam

A total of 10 tremors, with magnitudes of up to 3.9, vibrated Kon Plong, a mountainous district of Kon Tum province of Viet Nam on July 7, according to the Institute of Geophysics.

The first quake occurred in the early morning at a magnitude of 3.9 at a depth of around 8.1 kilometers. Meanwhile, the latest magnitude 2.5 quake was recorded at 11 a.m at a focal depth of approximately 8.1 kilometers underground. The earthquakes did not pose any risk of disaster.
