Japan's Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako arrived in Indonesia this afternoon for an official 7-day visit. They are scheduled to meet the country's President, Joko Widodo, and his wife in Jakarta and attend a luncheon on Monday. This is the first goodwill trip abroad for the Imperial couple since the Emperor ascended the throne in 2019.
