International Election Observer : Election observation team from Belarus arrived

An international election observation team from Belarus, led by Mr. Bashan Alexei, Vice Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus, arrived in Yangon on December 24. The team is visiting Myanmar to observe the multi-party democratic general election scheduled for December 28, 2025.

They were welcomed at Yangon International Airport by officials from the Union Election Commission, the Yangon Region Government, and the Yangon Region Election Sub-Commission.
