International Cooperation : 5th China Xizang Trans-Himalaya Forum

The 5th China Xizang Trans-Himalaya Forum For International Cooperation took place in Nyingchi  of Xizang Autonomous Region in China on Friday.

Vice President Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye attended the opening ceremony of the forum which aims to deepen international relations in the Himalaya region, and promote common development through cooperation in the region and international community.

At the opening ceremony, Party Secretary of Xizang Autonomous Region gave an opening remarks, followed by the explanation on the purpose of the forum by Vice Chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

In her speech, Vice President Daw Nan Ni Ni Aye  praised Myanmar's efforts for conservation of biodiversity, in cooperation with the international community including China.

She also stressed the implementation of green growth and green economy and urged all to promote investments in the efforts for biodiversity conservation projects. The forum help to promote shared development and cooperation through cooperation and collaboration among the countries in Himalaya region.
