
Completion ceremony of the Part 1 of Cash (Basis) traing course of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) was held on Wednesday at the Ministry of Planning and Finance.
Union Minister U Win Shein and many other officials attended this ceremony in Nay Pyi Taw which began with remarks by the Union Minister and the Union Auditor General U Tin Oo. It’s learnt that those who completed this International Public Sector Accounting Standards training course will be able to write disclosure notes in detail, present transparent financial statement, make assets, liabilities and receivable/payable lists and audit budget estimates, assist in Effective Budget Execution and Financial Report and make Consolidated Financial Statements and budget report in better ways in accordance with the the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) Cash-Basis system. Union ministers U Win Shein and Dr. Thida Oo and the the Union Auditor General presented awards to outstanding trainees.
Also, Deputy Minister U Maung Maung Win presented completion certificates to 100 persons who completed the 14-week training course.
