Inspection in Yangon: Dy Minister inspects Registration of Deeds Office

Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr. Aung Gyi inspected the Registration of Deeds Office (Yangon). During the inspection, the Deputy Minister heard reports on deeds registration processes and storage.

In his response, the Deputy Minister called for efforts for validation of legal documents, legalization of public property transactions and protection of the public from fraud in line with the Registration of Deeds Law, Farmland Law and by-laws.

After the inspection, the Deputy Minister met with officers and staff from the Yangon Region Department of Farmland Management and Statistics and heard report on works. He also called on the attendees to work professionally, to cooperate and to share experience for the effective and smooth flow of work.
