Inspection of TU (Yamethin): MoST UM inspected TU (Yamethin)

On 26th July, Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw accompanied by departmental officials visited the Technological University (Yamethin), met with the pro-rector, faculty members and staff. There, the Union Minister heard reports on renovation of earthquake damaged buildings, gave instructions on safety, timely completion of the process as well as the resilience of the building.

Then, the Union Minister inspected the main building, classrooms, computer rooms, lab rooms, workshops, library and futsal ground and coordinated necessities.

On arrival at Government Technical Institute (Yamethin), the Union Minister oversaw the buildings, classrooms, computer rooms, library, workshops and futsal ground.  He also inspected the teaching aids at the workshops and fulfilled requirements to ensure convenient learning environment for the students.
