Inspection Trip: Union Minister Makes Inspection in Bago Region

Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr. Thet Thet Khaing made an inspection in Bago Region.

The Union Minister firstly inspected the completion of cyclone shelter construction by tender winner ‘Marked Panorama Co., Ltd.’ in PanTaung Township.

The shelter in Min Yat Ward established with the National Natural Disaster fund of 100 million Kyats is 90 feet long, 30 feet wide and 18 feet high.

During the inspection, the Union Minister heard reports from concerned officials and looked around the shelter.

The Union Minister continued her inspection trip to Pyay pre-primary school, inspected preparations for reopening of the school by looking at classroom, playground and teaching aid, and, held talks with staff.
