Inspection tour: MoTC Union Minister inspected MMU

Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San together with the officials concerned inspected Myanmar Maritime University in Yangon Region in the afternoon on 15th May.

At the meeting room of the university, the rector clarified the matters on teaching and administration, reopening of the university and status of completing construction works of the university.

The union minister gave necessary instructions on the clarification and inspected the status of completing construction of library and basketball court, renovation of university’s football ground, recreation centre, convocation hall, simulator room, the site to be constructed new dormitory and staff housing.

Next, the union minister and party inspected International Hotel Project and Land Mark Project implementing with BOT system on the 9.68 acres owned by Myanma Railway located on Bo Gyoke Aung San Road, Pabadan Township, Yangon Region and the responsible officials clarified the project data.

Then, the responsible persons for the project clarified the status of implementing project and the union minister inquired necessaries and tended the requirements. Afterward, the union minister inspected the project implementations and gave the necessaries upon the clarifications of the responsible officials.
