








The Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win accompanied by the Ayeyarwady Region minister for security and border affairs Col. Moe Min Naing, director general Dr. Myat Wunna Soe of the Department of medical services, director general Dr. Tin Tun of the Department of Human Resources for Health visited Nursing Training School in MyaungMya Township in the morning on October 15, met with the responsible officials and gave a remark.
In his remark, the union minister expressed congratulation on nursing and midwifery training schools for turning out the human resources for the health that are essential for public’s healthcare and urged the trainees to try hard to learn the lessons during the training and servicing in the general hospitals in line with the ethics of the nurses.
Next, the director general of the Department of Human Resources gave a remark of working guidance. Then, the principal of MyaungMya Nursing Training School Daw Naw Ka Paw Shee clarified the work implementation of the training school and the union minister supplemented necessaries on the clarification.
Afterward, the union minister and officials inspected the library and teaching aids in the training school and coordinated requirements.
At the MyaungMya People’s Hospital, the medical superintendant clarified the work implementations and the union minister gave necessary instructions and work guidance.
The Director General Dr. Myat Wunna Soe of the Department of Medical Services also gave the necessary guidance.
Later, the union minister and officials inspected x-ray unit, computer X-ray unit, dental unit, laboratory unit and hemodialysis unit and gave necessary instructions.
At the People’s Hospital in WaKheMa, the union minister met with the officials concerned, inspected around the hospital and gave necessary guidance.
Afterward, the union minister and party inspected MawLaMyaingKyun Township People’s Hospital and Bogalay Township People’s Hospital, met with the officials concerned and gave necessary instructions.
At the people’s hospital of Pyapon Township, the medical superintendant clarified the work implementations of the hospital and the union minister and officials concerned gave necessary guidance and fulfilled requirements. Then, the union minister and officials inspected laboratory, X-ray unit, intensive care unit and patients wards, cordially greeted the patients and presented foodstuff presents to the the new mothers, it’s learnt.
