Inspection of Cooperative Activities: MCRD UM inspected cooperative activities in Lewe

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe, accompanied by officials, inspected cooperative agricultural and livestock activities in Lewe Township on August 12.

First, the Union Minister visited Ta Lote Pin Village in Lewe Township, where the “Doe Myanmar Cooperative Society” and “Kyantine Aung Cooperative Society” are jointly raising 150 head of regional cattle.

He inspected the livestock operations, listened to reports from responsible officials, and provided guidance. He then inspected the Napier grass plantation cultivated by these cooperative societies and made arrangements to fulfill the necessary requirements for their upcoming activities.

After that, the Union Minister proceeded to Yone Taw Village, where the “Shwe War Tun (2) Cooperative Society” was harvesting “Aung Naing Toe” high-yield paddy varieties. He observed the harvesting process, heard briefings from responsible personnel, gave necessary instructions, and coordinated to address operational needs, it’s reported.
