Inhaled COVID-19 Vaccinations Begins In Shanghai

Shanghai kicked off registration and reservation for inhaled COVID-19 vaccine booster shots on Tuesday. At the COVID-19 vaccine site of the Jinshan Zhujing Community Health Service Center, citizens who came to be vaccinated are registering for the pre-examination in an orderly manner.

Exhale deeply. Hold the mouth of the atomizer and inhale the vaccine and hold your breath for at least five seconds and then breathe normally. The whole process will be less than one minute. 18 years or older people who received the full injection of COVID-19 vaccination at least six months ago can receive one free inhaled booster.

From Tuesday, all eligible people can make reservations on Shanghai's health app Jiankangyun, or Health Cloud, for reservations and then bring their identity certificate for vaccination.
