Indonesia bans entry for foreign offenders

Indonesia has prohibited foreign citizens with legal problems to enter Indonesian territory such as those who violate stay permits and are involved in drug cases, the Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Investment Affairssaid in Jakarta on 16th May.

He said that prohibiting foreigners with legal problems from entering Indonesia can ensure security and comfort for the community, tourists and investors.The national police recently raided a major drug lab and hydroponic farm for marijuana hidden in a villa on the resort island of Bali and arrested four people.
