India, Pakistan brace for severe weather as cyclone Biparjoy intensifies

Indian authorities have urged people to stay away from the coast as the country braces for the arrival of cyclone Biparjoy. India's Meteorological Department said it recorded "phenomenal" conditions over the east-central Arabian Sea, and warned of winds of up to 170 kilometers per hour.
