India celebrates Akshaya Tritiya PTC

The festival of Akshay Tritiya is being celebrated by Hindu people throughout the world on Friday. Deities of wealth and prosperity such as Goddess Laxmi, Lord Ganesha and Lord Vishnu are worshipped. According to Hindu tradition, people on this day buy gold, silver or any other precious metal which marks abundance, wealth and prosperity.
