Increasing income of coffee growers Plan to extend coffee cultivations in NgapheTsp

NatYayKan Coffee Farms in Ngaphe Township have planned to increase the cultivation acres of coffee annually. The coffee cultivation will be extended about 2,000 acres per year in Magway Region and about 12,500 acres per year in NatYayKan started from 2023-2024 to 2027-2028 years.

Zaw Thein, Farm in Charge, NatYayKan Coffee Farm, said " There are many varieties of coffee grows in NatYayKan coffee farm and we mainly grown the Arabica coffee. The local growers have started expanding the coffee plantation and many buyers are mostly come to buy our NatYayKan Coffee Farm. Especially, the Genius Coffee producer from the Ywarngan Township came to buy our specialty coffee and also demanded by Shan State. The growers from NatYayKan can cultivate the high-quality coffee because the coffee technology development farm gave the methods and conducted training courses to improve the coffee quality."

 NatYayKan Coffee farm aims to increase the income of coffee growers and coffee businesses, to produce the high quality of coffee and related products, and to improve the Myanmar Coffee Industry in future, it’s learnt.
