Illegal Trade: Illegal goods, live animals and vehicle seized

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the 25th of October, illegal gaming Laptops, machines, live animals and vehicle were seized at the Yangon International Airport Cargo Warehouse, at the Asia World Container Checkpoint, at the 16-mile Kyaukchaw Checkpoint and at the Yadanabon Bridge Combined Checkpoint.

In total, illegal goods, live animals and vehicle worth over 112 million Kyats were confiscated. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
