Htamane Making Competition: 101 teams took part in Shan State

Shan State Government organized a Htamane Making Competition in Taunggyi on Friday.

After the opening speech by Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye, the competition was formally commenced with the ribbon cutting ceremony by member of the State Administration Council Dr Kyaw Tun, and officials. They later encouraged the competing teams, and presented prizes to the winners.

This is the 15th time of organizing the Htamane Making Competition, and a total of 101 teams from 22 wards of Taunggyi, Ayethaya and ShweNyaung and state, district and township level departments took part in the competition.
