Hotels and Tourism Sector: Union Minister inspected hotels in Hotel Zone (1)

Union Minister for the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism Jeng Phang Naw Taung inspected the condition of hotels located along Yazathingaha Main Road in Hotel Zone (1), Dekkhinathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory on August 12.

During the inspection tour, general managers and responsible personnel from the hotels briefed the Union Minister on the repair and renovation work being carried out to address damage caused by the Mandalay earthquake, as well as the current operational status of the hotels.

Following the briefings, the Union Minister provided guidance to the responsible officials regarding necessary requirements, and also inspected the preparations in place for installing and using solar power systems within the hotel compounds.
