








A ceremony to confer honourary titles on recipients for the 2nd day in commemoration of 75th Anniversary Independence Day 2023 was held at the Thabin Hall of the SAC Chairman Office on Monday.
Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General ThadoeMahaThraySithuThadoeThiriThudhamma Min Aung Hlaing attended the ceremony and presented honourary titles.
First, the Prime Minister gave a speech at the ceremony. The honourary titles conferring ceremony was held in two sessions.
The Prime Minister then presented ThiriPyan Chi title on 168 recipients and WunnaKyawHtin title on 21 recipients in the morning session and in the afternoon session, WunnaKyawHtin title on 132 recipients, AlinkarKyawswa title on 18 and TheitpaKyawswa title on 5 recipients for their excellence performances respectively.
Titles were conferred to the persons who sacrificed life and limbs from the State independence period to till now in building a peaceful, modern and developed nation, who sacrificed life in safeguarding Three Main National Causes, who performed excellently in the State’s economic, social, public administration sectors, who extraordinarily served the interests of the State and the people in the regional and military fields, who are able to successfully create world-class standard in the science, arts and any other subject for the state and the people, who are proficient in literary and art fields and who serve perseveringly in the state’s security, peace and tranquility and the Rule of Law.
After the ceremony, the Prime Minister cordially greeted title winners and their families. Later, the Prime Minister presented honourary cash to the staff from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture, ethnic youths and students who served duties in the honourary title conferring ceremony and architects who designed the hall of the State Administration Council building.
In the ceremony, excellent performance titles such as ThiriPyan Chi Title was conferred on 168 recipients, WunnaKyawHtin Title on 153, AlinkarKyawswa title on 18 and TheitpaKyawSwa title on 5 recipients in person individually.
