High Level Delegation: Paid visit to Naval School, Pacific Fleet's HQ, Sea Port

The High Level Delegation led by the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing currently in Russia Federation visited Higher Naval School, Pacific Fleet's headquarters and Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port on 5th September.

First, in the morning, the High Level Delegation led by the SAC Chairman Prime Minister paid visit to the Makarov Pacific Higher Naval School and was welcomed by the principal of Rear-Admiral Vladimir Vasilievich BURAKOV and officials.

Then, the principal explained the arrangement of dormitories and facilities, annual accepting trainees through the selection system, trainings and subjects given to the trainees based on the academic year and the history of the training and the prime minister queried on what he wanted to know.

Next, the principal and departmental in-charge senior officials took the prime minister and delegation around  the teaching and learning aids in the class rooms, systematic training given with multimedia rooms, practical trainings in the workshop, providing food and accommodation for the trainees and administrative matters, library with IT Technology, test running of solar power used naval ship invented by the trainees, fitness center, and dormitories and the SAC chairman prime minister queried on what he wanted to know.

Then, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister signed on the guest book of Makarov Pacific Higher Naval School and exchanged memorable gifts with the principal and officials. After giving answers to the questions raised by the media trainees of the naval school, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister left the naval school.

Afterward, the high level delegation visited the Pacific Fleet Headquarters and was welcome by the Deputy Commander of Pacific Navy Fleet Rear-Admiral Vladimir ASTAKHOV and officials and took them around maintenance of submarines at the Headquarters and the commanding and facilitating the submarines making port of call and the prime minister raised the questions on what he wants to know.

Then, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister and the Deputy Commander of Pacific Navy Fleet exchanged gifts. In the evening, the high level delegation led by the SAC Chairman Prime Minister paid a visit to the Commercial Port OF Vladivostok and was welcome by the head of Far Eastern Shipyard Company (FESC) Mr. Andrey Severilov and members of Board of Directors.

The head of FESC clarified the work implementations of FESC, status on the flow of freight with the ASEAN countries and the conditions that can be carried out the port operations and freight transportation matters with Myanmar.

On the clarification, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister discussed the status of promoting commercial sector between the Russia Federation and Myanmar, goods transportation status and other matters that he wanted to know.

Then, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister and the head of Far Eastern Shipyard Company (FESC) exchanged memorable gifts.

Afterward, the Managing Director of Commercial Port OF Vladivostok Mr. Vladimir Korchanov and officials explained the operations of Container Terminal and Universal Terminal and work operations of FESC with private owned vessels, containers, railway lines and road transportation vehicles and the prime minister raised the questions on what he wants to be clear.
