Healthcare Sector: Union Minister makes inspections in Myaungmya Township

Regarding the healthcare sector, Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win visited the Myaungmya Township School of Nursing in Ayeyawaddy Region on Saturday and met with concerned officials and trainees.

In his remarks, the Union Minister stressed that the trainees need to gain experience in taking care of patients while studying and the officials need to take care of the trainees as if they were their own children.

He also urged the trainees to strictly follow nursing code of ethics. After the meeting, the Union Minister inspected the School and gave necessary instructions.

On the same day, the Union Minister visited the Myaungmya Township People’s Hospital, met with concerned officials and gave instructions on heath care services and medical supply.
