




A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed to that the couple visited Queen Elizabeth II Thursday in the UK on their way to The Hague to attend The Invictus Games.
It’s the first time the Sussexes have been in the UK together since they quit the Royal Family in March 2020. Their visit follows the Queen's recovery from COVID-19.
The monarch, who is celebrating her 70th year on the throne, tested positive for the virus in February. The Queen did not attend the annual Royal Maundy ceremony Thursday and was represented by Harry's father, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.
