Hanoi shrouded in thick smog as air quality level worsens

Heavy smog envelopes parts of the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi as the city's air quality worsens to an "unhealthy" level. The air quality in the city registered as the second unhealthiest among the world's cities on Wednesday, according to Swiss air quality technology company IQAir.
