Handover of Two AQMS Devices: YGN Region CM delivered the opening speech

The handover ceremony for two Air Quality Monitoring Station (AQMS) devices, provided under the "Clean Air for Sustainable ASEAN (CASA) Project," was held on April 28 at Lotte Hotel in Yangon.

The ceremony was attended by the Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu, region ministers, responsible officials from the CASA Project, the Director-General and responsible officials from the Environmental Conservation Department, regional level department heads, district/township level departmental officials, invited guests and other responsible personnel.

First, the Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu, delivered the opening speech. Subsequently, a video clip about the Clean Air for Sustainable ASEAN (CASA) Project was shown. Following that, the signing of the handover record for the two Air Quality Monitoring Station (AQMS) devices provided by the project took place. Afterwards, Professor Mr. Ki Young Lee from Seoul National University, a responsible official of the Clean Air for Sustainable ASEAN (CASA) Project, expressed his gratitude, it’s learnt.
