Handover ceremony for Israel's new Foreign Minister Gideon Saar

Israel's newly-appointed Foreign Minister Gideon Saar took over from his predecessor Israel Katz during a handover ceremony in Jerusalem. Gideon Saar, a minister without portfolio, was appointed to replace Israel Katz who will serve as defence minister after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sacked Yoav Gallant.

He presented a vision of alliances with Kurdish and Druze communities in the Middle East, saying minorities in the region will need to stick together, at a ceremony.
