Germany's Merkel stumbles on stage, says: she will take the stairs next time.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel stumbled on her way to the stage to address an audience of industry and commerce representatives on Wednesday, joking that she would use the stairs the next time.

Merkel was speaking at the Berlin conference on trade multilateralism and digital security. In October, German Economy Minister was briefly unconscious after his tumble from the stage at a conference, but recovered after receiving hospital treatment.
