Despite rising global oil prices due to regional conflicts, the Ministry of Electricity and Energy has ensured stable fuel distribution across the country. Domestic diesel is being supplied directly to farmers at 10,000 kyats per gallon to support agricultural activities, including the preparation of 46,887 acres of summer paddy field.
Supplies for 15 million acres of monsoon paddy are also ready. Authorities are managing sales through registered fuel stations to prevent hoarding and ensure fair access. The country currently has a 60-day fuel reserve, and distribution remains stable and normal.
