Foodstuff Donation: Rice, Cooking Oil Handed Over For Members Of Sangha

Rice and cooking oil hand-over ceremony donated by Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander in Chief of Defence Services Commander in Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win for members of the Sangha took place in Mawlamyaing of Mon State.

The State Chief Minister U Zaw Lin Tun and many other officials attended the ceremony at MyaZedi (YeKyaung) Monastery.

This ceremony began with taking 5 precepts, continued with handing over the donated rice and cooking oil to the members of the Sangha and ended with sharing the merits gained. It’s learnt the State Administration Council also donated rice and cooking oil to the members of the Sangha at MyaZedi (YeKyaung) Monastery.
