Flood emergency response in China’s Liaoning and Jilin provinces

The ministry dispatched working groups to the affected areas, with record-breaking rainfall of up to 310+ mm, striking cities like Fushun. Local meteorological bureaus urge residents to avoid travel in mountainous or heavily flooded areas and to follow local disaster directives closely.
