Fire Incident: 3 Houses Burned In Hpa-An

A fire that broke out at No.2 ward in Hpa-An of Kayin State, Tuesday morning, engulfed 3 houses, according to the township Information and Public Relations Department.

The incident started from the house of U Tin Myint @ U Ah Sit and spread to nearby two houses.

The cause of the incident was over heating from the rice cooker. Due to the incident, a file has been opened to charge U Tin Myint @ U Ah Sit at Hpa-An Police Station.

Kayin State Government, the Department of Disaster Management in Kayin State and officials also provided relief items, food and 200,000 kyats each to the affected houses.
