Finance and Revenue : Meeting with staff in Yangon

Union Minister for Finance and Revenue Dr. Kan Zaw, along with Deputy Minister U Han Win Aung, visited the departments and institutions under the ministry in Yangon on Saturday.

They inspected the renovation of Myanma Agricultural Development Bank and instructed for standard-compliant, safety measures and timely completion of the construction. The Union Minister also met with staff from Myanma Agricultural Development Bank, Myanma Investment and Commercial Bank, Myanma Foreign Trade Bank, Myanma Insurance, Large Taxpayer Office and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar.

He emphasized the need for transparent, efficient public financial services, compliance with financial laws, anti-corruption practices, and staff capacity-building through training.
