EU's top diplomat visits Cuba to strengthen ties

The European Union's top diplomat, Mogherini, was in Cuba on Sunday to help strengthen member countries' economic and political ties with the Caribbean island. Mogherini held talks with Cuba's Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on the eve of the EU-Cuba Joint Council meeting. Both sides are expected to discuss trade and investment during the talks.
