Energy Sector: Union Minister Inspects Chauk/LanYwar Oilfield

Union Minister for Energy U Myo Myint Oo inspected the energy sector works in the Chauk/LanYwar Oilfield in Magway Region.
First, the Union Minister inspected the oil well No. CDT-15 and heard report on oil and natural gas extraction, plans and data on the oil well No. CDT-15. In his response, the Union Minister said that it is necessary to calculate in advance the situation in which natural gas will be produced and the situation in which it will be used and depending on the availability of financing, it is necessary to plan for the continued drilling of production wells.
Also, the Union Minister inspected the oil production condition of the oil well No. 1 and urged concerned officials to accelerate production and to focus on security measures. The Union Minister continued his inspection trip to the Primary Industrial Workshop Vocational Skills Training School under the Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise, inspected oil drilling and related machines maintenance and stressed work safety.
