The El Paso Walmart store reopened on Thursday three months after a gunman shot and killed 22 people. Patrick Crusius, 21, has been charged with capital murder and will face the death penalty if he is convicted.

According to an El Paso police affirmation released days after the shooting, Crusius confessed while surrendering and told police he was targeting Mexicans. Most of those killed were Latinos.
