Education Sector: Workshop on Management Skills Enhancement

Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe addressed the opening of the 2nd workshop on Management Skills Enhancement at the Ministry.
In his address at the workshop for township education officers and assistant directors, the Union Minister stressed that to nurture competent human resources is important for implementation of the education sector.
Only the proper management can bring success. Teachers must be aware of education laws and policies and support implementation.
The Union Minister also expressed his belief that this workshop will bring instructional leadership, effective school management, ability to improve social relations and career counseling skills and the basic education sector reforms. This workshop joined by 155 township education officers and assistant directors is set to take place till the 30th of October.
