



Mon State Chief Minister U Zaw Lin Tun on Wednesday addressed a workshop on high passing rate of matriculation exam in the academic year of 2022-2023.
In his address at the state hall in Mawlamyaing, the Chief Minister stressed that as the state's basic education sector is an important process, the education of the young generation is also very important. Only if students are trained and nurtured from the basic education level, they will be able to pass the matriculation exam without difficulty, and the passing rate in the state will be high.
The Chief Minister also urged attendees to make plans in every township for the high passing rate of matriculation exam in the academic year of 2022-2023. This workshop attended by 489 district and township-level education officers, head masters and head mistresses from basic education primary, middle and high schools focused on discussions on the duty of township education officers, difficulties and challenges teachers face and system to turn out outstanding students.
