Ecuadorian Navy conducts anti-terrorism exercise in Guayaquil

The Ecuadorian Navy on Tuesday conducted a simulated anti-terrorism exercise at the Port Terminal facilities in Guayaquil for local protection of maritime facilities and vessels.
According to the Captain of the Port of Guayaquil, the marines, coast guard, and naval aviation, in coordination with the Port Captaincy of Guayaquil, have deployed three boarding teams to be able to board the ship and counter the terrorism threat.
