Ecuador carries out joint military, police operation in Duran

A joint armed forces and national police operation storm Duran, a canton neighboring the port city of Guayaquil, Ecuador, targeting areas identified by intelligence as hubs for drug trafficking. During the raid, they seized firearms, narcotics, and stolen vehicles, some of which had been hidden to avoid detection. Controlled explosives were used to neutralize two residences during the intervention.
