Eclipse enthusiasts from around the world gather at Texas Stonehenge replica

Eclipse mania is sweeping across North America as a breathtaking celestial event on Monday promises a rare blend of commerce, science and celebration.At the Stonehenge II park in Ingram, Texas, a replica of the prehistoric structure in England, eclipse watchers have gathered from across the world ahead of the celestial event.
Jennyth Peterson, Special Events Director for the Hill Country Arts Foundation said "Many of our visitors are attracted to the Stonehenge. It is not celestially aligned. I wish it was. I wasn't here when they moved it. I would have made sure. But a lot of people just, I think, are attracted to the idea of the Stonehenge. And we're more than happy to have all the… We're making new friends every day. So this has just been wonderful for us."
Unlike the original site, Stonehenge II is not celestially aligned, but it has attracted amateur astronomers who are already starry-eyed.
