Drugs Seizures: Stimulant Tablets And Heroin Seized

Illegal drugs were seized in Mohnyin, Mabein and Kalaw townships. In Mohnyin Township area, 3,620 stimulant tablets and 24 grams of crushed stimulant tablets were seized – a man was arrested in this case. In Mabein Township area, 360 grams of heroin were seized – the seizure led to an arrest of a man.

Also, in Kalaw Township area, 5.248 kilograms of heroin were seized. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects involved in the cases in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
