Drugs Seizures: Heroin, stimulant tablets seized

Illegal drugs were seized in Kachin State, Kayin State and Shan State. In Mohnyin Township area, Hpa-An Township and Namsan Township area of the states, 330 grams of heroin and over 63,000 stimulant tablets were seized.

5 men were arrested along with the seizures. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the 5 suspects under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
