Drug Seizures: Thousands of stimulant tablets seized

Illegal drug was seized in Mandalay Region and Mon State.  In Meikhtila Township of the Region and in Mawlamyaing of the State, 11,000 stimulant tablets were seized.

A man and a woman were arrested along with the seizures. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
