Heroin, opium powder and thousands of stimulant tablets were seized. 80,000 stimulant tablets were seized in Tachileik Township – 2 men were arrested along with the seizure.
110 grams of heroin and 1,739 stimulant tablets were seized in Kyaukme Township area – 2 men were arrested for possession of the drugs. 24.495 grams of opium powder and 1,143 stimulant tablets were seized in Pulaw Township – a man was arrested for the case. 0.4 gram of heroin and 1,176 stimulant tablets were seized in Kengtung area – a man was arrested for possession of the drugs, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
