Drug Seizure: Over K1.1 billion worth narcotic drugs seized

A combined team comprised of Anti-Narcotic Task Force members seized illegal drugs and chemical substances near Lain Li village in Pin Laung Township on October 23rd.

According to interrogation, illegal drugs worth of over 1.1 billion kyats were seized in Pyigyitagon Township of Mandalay Region on the 24th. According to investigation, the seized illegal drugs and chemical substances were  being transported to Hpa-An of Kayin State and Mandalay. Legal actions are taken to those suspects and further investigation are underway to seize remaining criminals.
