Drug Seizure: 116 Blocks of Heroin Weighing 40.6 Kilos Seized

A combined team of anti-narcotic drug units seized 116 blocks of heroin weighting 40.6 kilos valued at over 600 million kyats while searching a vehicle running from Lashio to Muse at the inspection gate in Theinni Township, Shan State (North).

According to the investigation, two culprits who involved in heroin carrying were arrested on the detour road in Muse and they carried the seized heroin blocks to Muse from Kyae Thee Township. Actions are taken against the two culprits and investigations are underway to expose those who commit the crime.
