Doctors Association Recommends a 4th Dose Vaccination

Chairperson of the COVID-19 Task Force of the Indonesian Medical Doctors’ Association asks the public to take the fourth dose of COVID-19 vaccine or second booster vaccination, as preventive measures even if it is now already in endemic status.

President Joko Widodo officially revoked the pandemic status of COVID-19 and converted it into an endemic on Wednesday. The decision was taken by the government upon taking into account the declining number of daily confirmed cases of COVID-19 if compared with the previous month and year.
