"Dignity Greater than Life": Union Minister inspects full dress rehearsal of show

Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Ko Ko, Chairman of the Union Election Commission U Thein Soe, union ministers, deputy ministers and many other officials inspected and enjoyed the full dress rehearsal of a great drama show titled "Dignity Greater than Life".

During the event at the Training Theatre of the Department of Fine Arts in Nay Pyi Taw, regarding the show, Union Minister U Ko Ko highlighted efforts to ensure that the historical information is correct and consistent with the traditions of the great drama.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture is maintaining the traditional practices, he added. After his address, attendees enjoyed the great drama and Union Minister U Ko Ko gave necessary instructions. After their performance, performers were presented with cash awards.

This "Dignity Greater than Life" great drama depicts Natshinnaung, a noted poet and an accomplished musician, as well as an able military commander who faced execution due to his trust in a foreigner while trying to solve an internal conflict of his country.
